Is MyReferer an Affiliate Network like

NO. Myreferer is an Affiliate Marketing software! We do not handle partner
relationships and we never take a percentage on your sales - Learn
more about Traditional Networks.
We offer affiliates free use of MyReferer.NETWORK
to help them work with our clients. As a MyReferer's Merchant you may list
your affiliate program within the network - for free.
Will I share my affiliates with other
clients?
No. Your affiliates belong to you! You run a "private" affiliate
program!
MyReferer.NETWORK uses a different
database.
Affiliates who want to join MyReferer.NETWORK shall signup directly at
myreferer.net.
Is your site secure?
We take your privacy and security very seriously. You may notice, for instance,
that our client area is protected by Secure Socket Layer encryption.
Is my data private?
Your data is kept absolutely private.
Do I have to commit to your service for a certain amount of
time?
You're free to go when you want. Simply drop us a note.
Do
you charge a setup fee for upgrades?
No. You will be required to pay the difference in the monthly fee.
Can I use MyReferer for my
adult website?
Yes. Adult Merchants are welcome, as long as all content is 100% legal
(worldwide).
What's your ANTI-SPAM Policy?
Using service to track messages: 1. in free classified ads sites; 2.
newsgroups; 3. sent to email addresses which you have purchased,
harvested/collected from the Internet or otherwise obtained without the
consent of the subscribers; is a violation of our policies, and we reserve the
right to take legal action against anyone found doing so. If we find that you
(or your affiliates) did send an unsolicited mailing, account will be
terminated. SPAM is not allowed and we kindly require that you
"reject" any affiliate violating our anti-spam policy.

Is "referer" a misspelling of "referrer"?
Yes. It's a misspelling of "referrer" which somehow made it into
the "HTTP standard".

Can
you integrate the software for me?
We provide you with FREE email support. If you are not able to integrate
the software, we can help you for a fee. We need FTP
access to your site and some information about your system. Contact us.
Can I run a "Pay per Sale" and a
"Pay per Click" Program in a single account.
Yes. You can use the same account to run a Pay per Sales and/or Lead
and/or Click Program.
How do I define commissions?
Rates are specified in the admin area (programs setup). Values are used by
the system for new affiliates. You may "override" these
values for any affiliate - through the affiliate-details page. Use your own
strategy!
What banners will be used to promote my
site?
You will use your own - unlimited - banners and/or text links.
Simply add your own banner and/or text links through the admin area. Your
affiliates will be able to copy automatically generated html-link-codes
from the affiliate web based account. If you need banners please know that we
can make both static and animated banners for a small fee.
Is MyReferer compatible with
Paypal?
Yes. You can integrate MyReferer "pay per sale" system with
paypal.

language?

What tracking technology does your Program
use?
MyReferer uses a cookie/IP based tracking system. When visitors click on your banner/text
link at your Affiliate's website, a cookie with the Affiliate's ID will be
placed on the visitor's browser.
Can I pay commissions on recurring
billing?
Yes. You may collect monthly fees (for example hosting, subscription
or membership fees) and pay your affiliates a percentage (%) per sale.
With the recurring orders module, included in any account , you only enter
the customer once and MyReferer will keep track of the referring
affiliates automatically. Each month, you'll check customers who received
refunds, canceled their membership or had their credit card declined. Then,
simply press a button. MyReferer will credit the proper amounts to
the proper Affiliates.
Can I have affiliate links pointed to my
domain?
Yes. We have a solution for you even if your affiliate program is hosted
by us. Our unique linking options allow you to choose how your
affiliates link. For example http://www.yourownsite.com/link/?ID=affiliateid
Can I
track sales/leads on different domains, with one account?
Yes. With a Pro/Advanced account you can track sales and/or leads on
domain1.com, domain2.com, etc.. Just put the tracking code in every order
confirm page.
Can I track sales that I take over the phone or via fax?
MyReferer will allow you to add sales manually through the admin area.
What is an "entry-page" / "landing
page" ?
It is simply where we redirect your
visitors.
Each banner or text link you create through the admin area can
be associated with a specific web page (Pro/Advanced accounts only). In Basic
accounts your entry-page will be your website home page, for all of your links.
How the "Pay Per Click"
works?
Simply activate the pay per click program in the admin area. Unique clicks are counted automatically. There
are fraud protection measures in order to calculate unique clicks/visitors.
MyReferer recognizes multiple click from the same computer and only counts the
first one.
How the "2-Tier Program"
works?
To setup a 2-tier affiliate program go to your admin area, click on
'program setup'.Then activate the 2-tier program and set a payout rate. The
payout rate set in this page will be used as a default value for new
affiliates.
Regarding the percentage: Assuming that you have set 10% for 2-Tier
commissions and "affiliate1" referred "affiliate2" at your
affiliate program, if "affiliate2" commission is $1,000.00
"affiliate1" will automatically get $100.00 (10%). No action is
required on your part!
When visitors click on your affiliate banners they will be tracked. They can
be buyers (if they send an order) and generate a commission for that
affiliate, or they might signup at your affiliate program and become a 2-tier
affiliate.
Can affiliates promote our site in email
messages?
YES. They can easily add their own unique link/url to email messages.
Can I Track Offline Sales?
YES. If you know the Affiliate ID, you can add sales and commissions through the admin area. If you are capturing leads online that convert into sales offline, the unique Lead ID will stay with the lead throughout the selling process. For example: Loan applications, Credit Card applications, and Insurance applications.

Where will my affiliates sign up?
MyReferer will provide you with a sign up page.
How do my affiliates track their stats and get the link
codes?
Each of your affiliates can login by using their own username and
password. The online account will show them their activity, linking options (automatically generated
link-codes), etc.
Can I use custom pay-out rates for my
affiliates?
We give you the option to change your commission rates to
anything you choose.
Can I approve affiliates before they start
earning?
Yes. With MyReferer you will review each new affiliate.
Can affiliates be removed from the program?
You can "reject" them at anytime. Also you can put them "on hold", if necessary.
How do I pay my affiliates?
Affiliates can ask payments through their online-account, once the
account-balance has reached the minimum amount you specified through the admin
area. You will receive an email from the system. You will be able to add
payments through the admin area. We do not pay affiliates for you and we never
take commissions!
